Atheists Say

Christianity; an athiests perspective.

Christianity; The popular belief that a celestial Jewish baby who is also his own father, born from a virgin mother, died for three days so that he could ascend to heaven on a cloud and then make you live forever only if you symbolically eat his flesh, drink his blood and telepathically tell him you accept him as your lord & master so he can remove an evil force from your spiritual being that is present in all humanity because an immoral woman made from a man's rib was hoodwinked by a talking reptile possessed by an malicious angel to secretly eat forbidden fruit from a magical tree.

We are all celestial.

Every soul is a celestial being. Celestial means belonging or relating to heaven. That location is not up in the sky. It is here on earth. It is the same dimension that Lazarus saw while he was dead.

Luke 16: 23

And in hell he lift up his eyes, being in torments, and seeth Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.

People, or us, were there, and were recognizable. Lazarus was on the tormented side, and looked across to the others across the great divide.

Luke 16: 26

And beside all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed: so that they which would pass from hence to you cannot; neither can they pass to us, that would come from thence.

They weren't floating in the clouds playing harps. They were stuck on either side of the gulf. There's gravity, air, and distance. If they were there then, you know they are there today. Why would that change? When we are conceived our soul comes from there to be born inside our three dimensional flesh body here.

1 Corinthians 15: 44

It is sown a natural body; it is raised a spiritual body. There is a natural body, and there is a spiritual body.

Our souls can only physically see what our flesh bodies can process. But just because we can't detect it with our senses doesn't mean it's not there. If a person can't hear that doesn't mean sounds aren't around them. If someone is color blind it doesn't mean everything is black and white. Something in their flesh body is restricting that frequency, so to speak. And likewise, part of being in the flesh is not being able to see the gulf or the others while we are here. That's why a person can't see God's face and live, because if you can see him that means you are there.

Exodus 33: 20

And he said, Thou canst not see my face: for there shall no man see me, and live.

If you can see him it means you are there. When your soul entered the flesh it left the place where everyone can see him and was sown a natural body. Here we are each made in the image of that soul that was sown. It's not a brand new soul. It's your existing soul in a brand new flesh body (it's your rental). The way you look here is the way you look when you return to heaven. The difference is that we are eternal so we don't age, and since we are not flesh we are not subject to the disorders and diseases that have affected so many here. We'll all look a lot better, but the fact is we will all look like we are individually, including all races and peoples who are there for the eternity.

Who's in heaven?

Heaven includes all nations and peoples from around the earth. Jesus promised to open it for everyone, and he won. That includes past, present, and future.

Revelation 21: 24

And the nations of them which are saved shall walk in the light of it: and the kings of the earth do bring their glory and honour into it.

Revelation 21: 26

And they shall bring the glory and honour of the nations into it.

The nations are all the souls that made it. When a person follows Christ they don't lose their race and heritage. It's the same here as it is there. We are made in our own image, as we are. Of course in heaven there are nations. They have their cultures (not religion), and they have their kings (not gods). It's not much different in how our countries have a president, or some office of leadership. The kings of these nations are not warring against God, they are honoring him because the plan of Salvation worked.

Revelation 17: 14

These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.

The chosen and the faithful are all the souls who believed in the plan of Salvation, and chose to be born. There is a choice. The fallen angels refused to be born. Why would they refuse? Because to become flesh means being born with a blank slate, no memory, zippo. We are subject to the influences of our cultures, families, and friends. Everyone in heaven watched as their heritage came here throughout the generations, and were shocked at how much power the flesh has. From King David's fumble, to the single parent who swore her child would never kill... Coming here is the ultimate truth serum, and we are all exposed.

Sure some of those countries had different gods. That does not disqualify them from the eternity. It sorts them on either side of the gulf. How about all the people who died before Jesus came? "But they don't know Jesus". Did Moses? And yet they are standing together on the mount of transfiguration. Within our own heritage we have all the prophets who knew of a Savior, but they were long gone before He ever came. Also, prior to the crucifixion nobody prayed in Jesus' name. We're talking thousands of years of humanity that's just tossed? I don't think so.

It is true that "Christ is the way". But you underestimate Him if you think all those souls are throwaway. He is fully capable of evaluating how each of us handled our given scenarios. The world is the world. Judaism is under the law, and history records how man can't live by 10 simple rules. Christianity is under grace, but sadly many think that it replaced the law. That slackness let them wax fat and lose their way. That's not to say these two groups don't believe in God, but they are supposed to be the experts, and get it together. Are you sure you trust them?

Make no mistake that every race is represented in heaven, in there nations. Imagine those Olympics, or World Cup? Imagine a place where all the souls from the different generations are here at the same time, in their prime. No more generational separation. Yeah, it's going to be something.

Who's in the Kingdom?

Christ is in the Kingdom in heaven. He's the anointed one. Jesus was God's soul coming from heaven to here, and then returning.

1 Peter 3: 22

Who is gone into heaven, and is on the right hand of God; angels and authorities and powers being made subject unto him.

Therefore it only makes sense that He would be born in a heritage that occupied the Kingdom.

Revelation 21: 12

And had a wall great and high, and had twelve gates, and at the gates twelve angels, and names written thereon, which are the names of the twelve tribes of the children of Israel:

It is the twelve tribes of the children of Israel that occupy the Kingdom. Jesus was 1/2 Levi (Priest line) and 1/2 Judah (King line).

The total number of the "children of Israel" is NOT limited to those in the country of Israel today, or to those who follow their religion. After they were scattered only two of the twelve returned. The 10 others are still here on earth.

James 1: 1

James, a servant of God and of the Lord Jesus Christ, to the twelve tribes which are scattered abroad, greeting.

Scattered around the world, even if they don't know who they are yet? They were taken over the Caucasus Mountains. They settled Europe. Later coming to America, and other nations. We think Caucasian means white, but it only indicates white, because that's what the heritage looked like when they came over the Caucasus Mountains.

Jesus came and won.

God came as a baby within his heritage, because that is what was predicted in the scriptures. Anything that deviates from what is written would make the word null and void. Game over. On the other hand, God did not hide his plan from anybody. It was written. He knew he'd be the biggest target of all time. He knew the scriptures. They were written over 1,000 years before he came, so he studied the details of how it would happen. That's why while on the cross Jesus said my God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?

Matthew 27: 46

And about the ninth hour Jesus cried with a loud voice, saying, Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani? that is to say, My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?

Some teach he had a moment of weakness, but that's not true at all. He was doing the opposite. He was teaching, even in that state on the cross. He was quoting from Psalms 22. It's a description of the very crucifixion he was in the middle of, thus locking in who he was, and that he knew it was coming.

Psalm 22: 1

My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me? why art thou so far from helping me, and from the words of my roaring?

The verses after that detail a set of results that could not be coincidental. Yes Jesus knew what they would do. From pierced hands and feet, poured out like water, bones out of joint, even to the gambling for his garment. There's more, but these are pretty specific details to be a coincidence? Consider these numbers:

Psalms 22 was written 1,074 years before Jesus was crucified.

The crucifixion wasn't invented until 525 years later.

It took 549 years of crucifixions to get to the one that was prophesied.

When he said "it is finished" it was because he fulfilled the scriptures, and He won. The heritage from Adam to Christ is a legal record to prove that God also took on the same human form he asked of us, and participated in the flesh like he asked of us. His fulfillment locked in the victory. With the victory comes all the promises with it. His heritage is the scriptural evidence. He too is subject to the same scriptures we are, but that's also how he is able to enforce them. He participated by being conceived, born, lived, died, and in his case to fulfill prophesy was resurrected.

We are to come and try.

All souls are required to be born. It's a fundamental element of the plan. By doing so each soul is born innocent with zero knowledge of the past, and completely dependable on family and friends until old enough to be accountable for themselves. Every single soul.

John 3: 3

Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

The word "again" is misleading. We could say that coming into the flesh is being born again, but souls were never born. They were created. Being born is a flesh thing. The word translated to again is anothen, which means: from above, from heaven or God, from the first, and from the beginning.

Anothen covers several angles of the same thing.
- From above is how we view heaven while in the flesh.
- From heaven or God is where we were before we came here.
- From the first, and from the beginning includes the first earth age.

The verse should have at least been translated to "from above", and should say:

John 3: 3

Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born from above, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

John 3: 5

Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

Unless your soul becomes flesh you can't qualify for heaven. The way we do that is through birth. In the flesh we are 60% water, and what is the last sign before labor? The water breaks.
